Spark and Bloom

A fun and nurturing Wellness Day for children aged 6–10, designed to support mental wellbeing through nature, creativity, and connection. Children will explore the outdoors, take part in calming activities, build confidence, and learn healthy ways to express emotions — all in a safe and supportive environment guided by experienced child therapists. The day encourages mindfulness, friendship, resilience, and joyful outdoor play.
